Timothy Jordan

Tim counsels his clients in the areas of Probate/Estate administration, complex estate planning and business planning.

Prior to joining the MB team in May 2007, Tim received a B.A. in Managerial Economics from Hampden-Sydney College, VA, in 1986. He received his Juris Doctorate Law in 1993 and his LL.M. Taxation in 1994, both from the University Of Denver College Of Law. Tim was a member of The Denver University Law Review, The Transportation Law Society and was an Articles Editor of Transportation Law Journal. He also holds membership in the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations and is a member of Business Law, Real Property, and Tax and Probate Sections of The Colorado Bar Association.

Tim was the author of “10th Circuit Survey of Commercial Law” published in The Denver University Law Review, Vol. 70 and co-author of “Single Members LLCs” in The Colorado Business Journal. He is a frequent speaker to financial planners on estate planning.

In Tim’s personal time, he enjoys running, hiking, skiing, rock and ice climbing and travel.
