Tim advises in the areas of business sales and acquisitions, business growth and tax planning, private equity and finance, exit and succession planning, and tax controversy.
Prior to joining the MB team in 2004, Tim completed his undergraduate degree in Finance and his M.B.A. in Management and Corporate Strategy from Idaho State University. He went on to receive his law degree from the University of Idaho in 1998. Also, he completed his LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Washington in 1999.
An active Colorado community member, Tim serves on the Denver/Boulder Better Business Bureau (BBB) Board of Directors, is Chairman of the Denver/Boulder BBB's Grievance & Standards Committee and serves on the Denver/Boulder BBB's Executive and Board Development Committees, is graduate of Impact Denver, the Denver Metro Chamber's leadership program for young business leaders, is an Entrepreneur's Organization member and serves on the Colorado Youth at Risk Board of Directors.
Tim is an active speaker and author on business topics and is a member of the Colorado, Idaho and Washington Bar Associations.
