Kristin counsels clients in the areas of business planning, estate planning, exit and succession planning and probate.
Prior to joining the MB team in 2003, Kristin completed her undergraduate degree in 1994 from the University of Colorado. After graduating from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1998, she went on to receive her Legal Masters degree in Taxation from the University of Denver in 1999.
Kristin is an active member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, the CBA Trust and Estate Section and the Women’s Estate Planning Council.
