John lends his experience and guidance to clients in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, landlord/tenant, and employment.
Prior to joining the MB team in 1989, John completed his undergraduate at the University of Kansas in 1980. In 1984, this “Jayhawks” fan continued on to earn his law degree from KU.
John is a member of the Denver Metro Building Owners and Managers Association where he has been twice nominated for the Member of the Year Award. In addition, he is an active member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Association of Trail Lawyers of America, and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
Also, John has served as a Director of the Australian American Chamber of Commerce in Denver, has written numerous articles, and teaches continuing education courses on issues related to landlord/tenant and real estate law in Colorado.
John is a member of the Denver, Arapahoe County, and Colorado Bar Associations.
