Jenni advises in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general business law, franchising, real estate and employment.
Prior to joining the MB team in 2007, Jenni graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona. She went on to receive her law degree from the University of Colorado in 2003. While attending CU, Jenni’s dedication to her legal education was awarded with several honors, including: Legal Aid Student of the Year, the John A. Cross Memorial Scholarship, the Gene R. Nichol Scholarship and Dean’s List honors. Also, she was active within CU’s Rothgerber Moot Court Team.
Jenni is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations and is a dedicated member of the Board of Directors of the Mountain States Anti-Defamation League.
Jenni’s family is the center of her personal time. In addition, she enjoys reading, skiing and traveling.
