Jannifer R. Douglass

Jan advises in the areas of business law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and litigation issues.

Prior to joining the MB team, Jan graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in November 2003. She went on to receive her law degree from The University of Denver Sturm College of Law in May 2007. While attending the Sturm College of Law, she was the General Editor of the University of Denver Law Review, the Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and a member of the American Bar Association law student division.

Jan is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association.

In Jan’s personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family, snowboarding, cooking, reading and travel.
