Christopher W. Geer

Chris focuses his practice in the areas of Business Sales and Acquisitions, Business Growth and Tax Planning, Exit and Succession Planning, Real Estate and Private Equity and Finance.

Prior to joining the M&B team, Chris graduated magna cum laude in 2006 from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he ranked 11th in his graduating class. Chris was active in Moot Court Competition, Vice President of Client Counseling and Negotiation Board, the Judge Merhige National Environmental Law Negotiation Competition and winner of The University of Richmond Negotiation Competition, Fall 2003. He also studied abroad in the summer of 2004 at Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Chris is fluent in the Spanish language.

Chris is a Bar member of the Commonwealth of Virginia and anticipates taking the Colorado Bar exam in February, 2008.

In his free time, Chris likes spending time with his wife and also enjoys Colorado outdoor activities such as skiing and biking.
